Daniel Duran – Chief Executive Officer
As the founder of Trinity Building Services, Daniel has more than 10 years of experience in building maintenance and the property service industry. By making his clients’ goals his priority, Daniel has brought the business to new levels of success with expanded service lines, client portfolios and strategic partnerships. Throughout his professional career, Daniel has been recognized as an individual who can build organizational teams, implement solutions, and exceed operations needs. His lead by example management approach has gained Daniel tremendous respect among colleagues and peers alike. He is very effective in imparting the corporate values of honesty and integrity to the entire Trinity team. Daniel views the team as an extension of his family and the foundation for their success.
Daniel has been married for 15 years to his wife Massiel and is an active and “hands on” Dad to their 3 children David, Daniela, and Diana. Daniel strives for excellence both personally and professionally through ongoing education and is a philanthropic and active member of his community. Daniel loves playing video games (and not just with the kids) and enjoying a cold beer with a large plate of his wife’s famous short ribs.
Jacob Behar – Chief Operating Officer
A Miami Beach native, Jacob Behar has spent the last 7 years running the operational development for Trinity Building Services and has brought with him a wealth of administrative and leadership experience. Jacob is responsible for the statewide construction and maintenance division and big-picture strategies of the business operations. With oversight of more than 75 employees and vendors, Jacob remains focused on communicating the day-to-day company objectives to the team. He ensures the multiple service lines of the company all operate under the core principal value of keeping customer goals and objectives first. Customers, peers and employees highly respect Jacob for his ‘can do’ attitude, friendliness and professionalism.
Jacob has been a lifelong collector of comics and sneakers. He has a Boxer named Harley (named after the comic character Harley Quinn of course). Jacobs immediate and extended family all reside in Miami, and he can often be found around a table sharing a classic Cuban meal them.
